Theoretical sessions

Theoretical journey through the different basic and advanced knowledge, essential for developing the necessary and most important surgical and implantological techniques, to be able to develop implant treatments efficiently:

Anatomy of the work field. Radiological evaluation, diagnosis and planning. Implantable anatomical structures. Description of the anatomy of the jaws from the point of view of the field of implantology work. Surgical planning. Radiological diagnosis and evaluation of CT in Implantology. Different milling techniques for implant placement.

Practical sessions

All practices will be carried out on cryopreserved heads, in the Anatomy Classroom of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Barcelona. Students will have all the necessary material for the PLACEMENT OF DIFFERENT ECKERMANN IMPLANTS.

They will know and execute everything from the most basic to the most advanced techniques, taking a complete tour of surgery applied to Implantology.

Students will have personalized support that will guide them from practice to practice and will answer any questions that may arise. Our clinical team is made up of professionals in the dental implantology sector with years of experience, who are knowledgeable and experienced in the application of these clinical techniques.
